From the creative and culinary minds of Dark Matter Coffee, Sleep Walk Chocolateria was born.

Our mission is to use our decades of experience in Meso-American coffee, to fuel our ancestral curiosities of the beautiful and complex world of cocoa. Agricultural practices, biodiversity, international trade, fermentation and qualitative, artistic expression are all extremely important factors to selection and relationship building. Collaborations and partnerships are also integral to our passion for establishing community. La Rifa Chocolateria, S.A.C.R.E.D. Agave and Frontera are passionate minds that have helped establish a company proudly rooted in Mexican-American culture.
