A collaboration of culinary minds from Mexico City and Chicago.

We are incredibly proud to present to you our new chocolate bars made in partnership with our favorite chocolatiers, La Rifa. Brought together by our mutual friends at S.A.C.R.E.D. Agave, we've spent the past two years working with these wonderful humans to bring their chocolate to the United States. Fascinated by the similarities between coffee and cocoa - from the regions in the world where they're found, fermentation, and even processing - our partnership with La Rifa is also similar to those of our coffee producing partners - a focus on traceability, local sourcing, and pushing the boundaries on the industry at large. This collaboration first manifested itself in Caravanserai where we continue to make traditional Mexican drinking chocolates and now in our Sleep Walk Chocolateria in Pilsen.

Each bar weighs 1.2oz and consists of the following ratios of ingredients: 70% cocoa, 30% sugar, and all are vegan.

Our house chocolate bar, Sleep Walk Barra De La Casa, will be available all the time, with monthly releases of single bars. The monthly releases will be available until the inventory is depleted, so check back often to see what we have in stock! Also, make sure to grab our Drinking Chocolate or Limited Bars
