In celebration of The Cool Kid's Legends in Conversation with Closed Sessions,  DMC is stoked to collaborate with this limited release; Coffee Shop!

This blend starts with a bright and juicy Pinot Noir yeast fermented Catuai to create a refreshing and crisp base! For this experimental fermentation, the freshly dry-pulped cherries retained quite a bit of sticky, sweet mucilage on the beans for the Pinot Noir yeast to use as a food source, creating a unique ester pool for the porous beans to be in contact with. We paired this with a washed Caturra, also from Finca San Jeronimo in Guatemala, that adds more of a nutty, sweet component to the blend.

  • Orders received on Monday and Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.
  • Orders received on Wednesday or Thursday will ship on Friday.
  • Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

Orders that are received with overnight, 2nd day air, etc. will still be shipping according to the schedule above. Ordering an item for overnight does not supersede our normal roasting, packing and shipping schedule.
