 Hometown heroes Rise Against hit the stage Friday Night at Riot Fest!
The band's bassist Joe Principe is a long-time DMC fan and fellow coffee enthusiast! He came by the roastery for a coffee selection tasting with the crew, tasting through a spread of origins and processes.
 
After several hours and mugs later, we decided to go with a washed Sarchimor from El Salvador that comes from several farms in the Santa Ana region, near the Cafe Tuxpal mill. This coffee has surprised us with pops of acidity coming through, showing notes of melon and green grape in the cup! The Pacas Family at Cafe Tuxpal is dedicated to perfecting their fermentation methods, fine-tuning their systems and equipment each year to improve cup quality. 
 
$2 per bag will go to benefit Rise Against's ART (All Rise Together) project, created by the band to highlight the DIY roots of the punk scene and bring people together during divided times.

  • Orders received on Monday and Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.
  • Orders received on Wednesday or Thursday will ship on Friday.
  • Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

Orders that are received with overnight, 2nd day air, etc. will still be shipping according to the schedule above. Ordering an item for overnight does not supersede our normal roasting, packing and shipping schedule.
