Warm November Rain
Every year, we release this cult classic fall blend; bringing a toasty, more caramelized profile to cozy up with as the mornings get cooler!
The base of this year's Warm November Rain is a washed Sarchimor, a hybrid of Villa Sarchi and Timor hybrid, a sustainable cultivar for farmers with its resistance to disease and excellent cup quality. We’ve found that while the fermentation is quick, there is still a nice amount of acidity in the cup, with stone fruit and baking spice notes. The Sarchimor is paired with a roastier component to bring out more caramelized notes that fans of WNR know and love. We’re roasting this Honduran lot a little longer and to a higher-end temperature on the sivetz to get more of a burnt sugar profile!
The artwork on the bag is a creation from the talented Ben Ezra, whom you all see delivering our coffee throughout the city and beyond, keeping everyone caffeinated!
