For this year's Ofrenda, we’re working with two Mexican coffees, one from the coastal state of Nayarit in Western Mexico, and the other from the jungles of Chiapas in the South. We’ve included this washed coffee from a cooperative in Nayarit for several years now with the natural sweetness of a dried fruit profile, with this lot containing various cultivated grown by small producers in the region. pairing this with an estate coffee from the Ibarra family at Finca Nuevo Mexico in Chiapas. Together these two coffees create a balanced blend that is perfect for cozying up with cooler mornings.

Orders that are received with overnight, 2nd day air, etc. will still be shipping according to the schedule above. Ordering an item for overnight does not supersede our normal roasting, packing and shipping schedule.
