We have highlighted many different blend combinations in the past in collaboration with Municipal Waste -an RVA-based thrash band! For this one, we've blended two Guatemalan coffees to create a nutty, sweet cup of coffee.
The base of this blend is what you may know as "Tamba" or "Varios," which are experimental Ethiopian hybrids that are carefully cultivated and studied by the Finca San Jeronimo team in Guatemala. We paired this with a honey-processed Catuai, which adds a cherry-like note to the blend that is reminiscent of marzipan!
