Machete is our barrel-aged coffee blend that gives the delicious taste of barrel-aged coffee, using a rotating barrel-aged coffee. For lovers of barrel-aged and even casual fans, this blend is an incredibly approached the middle ground between full barrel-aged and our regular coffee offerings.
The barrel component is aged in a Rum Barrel. We filled this barrel with a washed Catuai from Guatemala to layer in more fruit character. This boozy barrel age coffee was then blended with the consistently delicious washed process Bourbon and Pacas from El Salvador.
