This blend combines two Salvadoran coffees from the Pacas Family to create a bright, vibrant blend that awakens your senses. We start with a Sarchimor from Finca El Rosario in El Salvador, where the cherries were dried in their skins, fermenting for weeks to produce a fruit-forward cup of coffee. The second component to this blend is a honey-processed lot from the Cafe Tuxpal mill that brings more sweetness and body into play, creating a silky smooth, juicy cup of coffee. There will be an event on Saturday, 12/13, at Sideshow Gallery to celebrate the release of Chloe Trujillo's oracle deck and this coffee collab!
