Strange Brew is a phantasmic cup of sticky dark fruit, dipped in chocolate-coated euphoria. Pass the press pot; we are about to plunge into the murky waters of the future. 

Now what you gonna do?

For Strange Brew, we are working with two somewhat strange beans! First up is a natural processed Pacamara from Finca El Rosario in El Salvador. These big, juicy beans are picked at peak ripeness, when the skin of the cherry is a deep, dark red. The cherries are sorted and spread onto raised mesh tables under shade cloth to ferment for 3-4 weeks, turning them ever so gently for even fermentation and drying. We paired this Pacamara with our latest Fuego release; Catuai fermented with Bordeaux Yeast, for an funky and fruity twist!

Orders that are received with overnight, 2nd day air, etc. will still be shipping according to the schedule above. Ordering an item for overnight does not supersede our normal roasting, packing and shipping schedule.
