Bourbon County Proprietor's Blend Bar
The Sleepwwalk crew has created a bar inspired by their 2025 Bourbon County Brand Proprietor's Stout, Goose Island's take on a Baklava stout! We incorporated the ingredients used in this stout into the chocolate bar, using our Barra de la casa chocolate as the base, adding cinnamon, filling the bar with honey, and topping it with chopped walnuts and pistachios. 
A blend of cacao from Southern Mexico, roasted and handmade in Chicago with cinnamon, a honey filling, and walnuts and pistachios.
Ingredients: 70% cacao, 30% sugar, raw honey, cinnamon, walnuts, pistachios - contains nuts.
 
Tastes like: chocolate baklava!

Schedule

  • Orders received on Monday and Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.
  • Orders received on Wednesday or Thursday will ship on Friday.
  • Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

Orders that are received with overnight, 2nd day air, etc. will still be shipping according to the schedule above. Ordering an item for overnight does not supersede our normal roasting, packing and shipping schedule.
