"This is an age of ever-increasing possibilities. Access to information is limitless. New scientific techniques bring old and fundamental truths to light. Discourse is held at a global level. Mysteries are demystified as vast chasms in our society are bridged.
Our collective cognitive resources are greater than ever before knowing ourselves and truly seeking to understand the world around us is the basis of compassion, and the key to our greatest innovations.
Let's think critically, question bravely, and abandon bias in pursuit of something greater..."

Each year we take this opportunity to create this blend with an African coffee, showing the diversity in flavor profile that can be found from origin to origin, and we get to share a bright profile with our customer base during the cold, grey winter months. This year, we are working with a washed Ethiopian coffee that comes from the Suke Quto washing station in the Guji region of the country. They process and dry coffee from over a hundred small producers nearby, in addition to the cherries grown on the Suke Quto farm itself, working with heirloom varietals that have a citrusy, tropical cup profile.
We blended this with an experimental lot from the team at San Jeronimo Miramar, where classic Central American genetics such as Caturra, Catuai, and Sarchimor are crossed with Ethiopian Heirloom varietals, and grown there on the farm in Guatemala.
