We’ve included this washed coffee from a cooperative in Nayarit for several years now with the natural sweetness of a dried fruit profile, with this lot containing various cultivated grown by small producers in the region.  pairing this with an estate coffee from the Ibarra family at Finca Nuevo Mexico in Chiapas.
