Mosaic Hops have been around the craft beer scene for about a decade and have been a favorite for brewers over the years. Mosaic hops have a unique profile with fruity aromas of berry and citrus, as well as more earthy, pine notes, which is where this complex hop gets its name, Mosaic! After the Catuai cherries were pulped they are added to a tank where we add the dry hop pellets to the coffee to impart their floral, bright profile into the porous beans while they ferment. We've found this cup to have a soft floral, melon profile with just a hint of herbaceousness.
