El Rosario Sarchimor (Natural Process, Single Origin)


Sarchimor is derived from the cross breeding of Hibrido de Timor and Villa Sarchi, a dwarf mutation of Bourbon. Hibrido de Timor comes from the spontaneous combination of Robusta and Typica cultivars, which occurred on the island of Timor in southeast Asia, and has been popularized as a means to combat coffee rust with its stronger Robusta genetics.

While Arabica varietals are often touted for their superior quality, Sarchimore elegantly combines Arabica and Robusta genetics to create a delicious cup of coffee. Paired with an exceptional natural processing from the Tuxpal farm, El Rosario, Sarchimore natural is bright and engaging, especially as a pour-over option.
