Elijah Craig Barrel Aged Colombian

This product is unavailable

The good Reverend Elijah Craig knew a thing or two about crafting incredible bourbon. Credited for being the first to age bourbon in a charred white oak barrel, he's considered a pioneer. While DMC didn't create barrel aging coffee, we are pioneers in the types of barrels/coffee  that have been used to create our delicious offerings. While we love all of the experiments, it's a sincere pleasure to get back to the "roots", using a small batch barrel bearing the name, Elijah Craig.

This distilled uniqueness left a treasure trove of flavors hidden inside the barrel. A impressive washed Colombian coffee was the key to unlocking these notes, with a juicy fig, warm baked goods and slight tartness of green grape, coming through the cup. Enjoy this coffee as the good Reverend would have intended.
