The washed Bourbon and Pacas lot is from small producers, including the Pacas Family in the Santa Ana region, meticulously sorted, fermented, and dried at the Cafe Tuxpal mill. These two Love Supreme components are then joined by a funkier Colombian coffee from the Echavarria family at Finca Santa Barbara in Antioquia.
