Manchamé is a cultivar also known as Anacafe 14, and is a natural mutation of Catimor and Pacamara. Discovered by Francisco Manchamé in the 1980's and as a commercial variety in 2014, this is a winning combination of genetics with a delicate, tea-like profile from the Pacamara, and excellent disease resistance and strong tree structure from the Timor side!
