Old Irving Brewing took their Precinct Milk Stout batch and put it nighty night in a couple of bourbon barrels for 8 months. Once awoken it from its slumber and added New England maple syrup and our own barrel-aged, delivering an 8% breakfast stout that’ll keep you nice and toasty.
It's only right that we flip that procedure and put our Sarchimor Honey processed coffee from Guatemala back into the barrel. The cycle was completed, evolving into a festive holiday fruit celebration; dried cranberry, orange, and honey make everyone's spirits bright.
