Municipal Waste Blend

America's favorite thrash band, Municipal Waste, are kicking off yet ANOTHER  tour with a brand new coffee! Since starting a riot at their first show, a 2001 NYE's keg party, the band has built a cult following ever since. With song titles like, "Wrong Answer", "Wolves of Chernobyl" and "Breathe Grease", you can tell these dudes don't take themselves too seriously and have a damn good time making music.

Drummer Dave Witte and the crew are like family to DMC, which gives us plenty of insight to their love of beer. Naturally we roasted up a spread of the yeast experiments from this year's Guatemala harvest. Dave was intrigued by the acidity, and complexity of the golden ale yeast fermented Catuai, which aligns perfectly with his love for Belgian beers! Learn more about the specific strain of yeast here!

Check out their tour dates and music at their website and make sure to see them at the Metro on Thursday, October 17th
