From atop the mountains, covered in snow,
rode down a warlock, in search of some dope.
Guided by Northern, in search for his yield, when he came across a promising field.
He pulled out his papers, and rolled one with glee,
He took one fat rip, so much smoke, he couldn't see.
Through the clouds appeared, an orb shining bright,
with a message for our wizard, who was high as a kite.

The Wizard was shook, and took one more hit,
looked at the Joint and said, "Damn this some good shit!"
This year we got our hands on an herbaceous Sumatran coffee to make up the base of the blend, paired with a bright, clean Ethiopian to amp up the citrus notes. Giving those pine-y notes reminiscent of our favorite herb inspiring this blend.
Sumatran coffees go through a unique processing method that begins with smaller farmers de-pulping the coffee cherries and partially drying the beans before bringing them to a centralized mill. The coffee is dried further before being "wet-hulled," a step that uses water to remove the outer parchment of the green coffee. Without the parchment, the unprotected green coffee is directly exposed to environmental conditions as it dries to an appropriate moisture content for export. Needless to say, this coffee goes through a pretty wild rollercoaster ride of conditions as it is being fermented and dried creating a super dank cup, giving it one of the most recognizable flavor profiles.
