Pravda Records is Chicago's longest-running independent rock label! They will be hosting PravdaFest on August 31st to celebrate their 40th anniversary at Fitzgerald's in Berwyn with live music, food, and drinks - including this special edition Dark Matter coffee cold.
For the base of this blend, we started with a honey-processed Sarchimor from Finca San Jeronimo Miramar, a coffee that had a molasses-brown sugar and dried fruit profile. We paired this with that coffee cold staple we released as a single origin last week - Vista Hermosa Pacas Honey. These two coffees create a rich, classic coffee cold profile with balanced sweetness and acidity.

- Orders received on Monday and Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.
