SPECIAL RELEASE (while supplies last)
Brickstone Double Barrel Dark Secret - Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels that were filled with Dark Secret that had already been through a first round of aging in bourbon barrels. Bourbon fans will appreciate the "two fingers neat" style of this coffee, highlighting dark chocolate, spearmint, and sweet cherry.
Brickstone Maple Rum Dark Secret - We were fortunate to get our hands on barrels that were used for aging both rum and maple syrup. The Dark Secret stout was aged inside for 20 months, prior to housing our coffee. You'll definitely get a dessert style of coffee with notes of banana bread, honey and lemon.
UPRISE!- For this blend we wanted two showcase two rockstar coffees, a washed Gesha from San Jose in El Salvador, and a Catuai fermented with Tropical IPA yeast. We decided to use this Gesha as the base of the coffee cold, creating a floral and tea-like profile, which is rounded out with the rich, juicy Tropical IPA experiment.
Fuego (Bavarian Yeast + Mandarina Bavaria Hop Fermented) - We added Mandarina Bavaria hops to the coffee grounds in the basket during the brewing of the Catuai fermented with Bavarian Yeast and Mandarina Bavaria Hops. This is a marriage of both Fuego and Brown Acid concepts in one can. Hibiscus, Tangerine and Milk Duds

Malort - Taking a washed processed Catuai from Guatemala and infused the green coffee beans with this herbal, citrus-forward liquor. After the roasting process, the natural bitterness subsides, resulting in a coffee with a bright and complex bouquet of aromatics. notes: grapefruit, cocoa, mint
