El Rosario Sarchimor (Natural Process, Single Origin)

The Sarchimor cultivar is gaining more popularity recently and we consistently see it being offered. Time and time again we've been really impressed with its characteristics, especially from our farming partners.

Sarchimor is a hybrid of two genetics: Villa Sarchi and Hibrido de Timor, with this particular Sarchimor originating in El Salvador, from a farm named El Rosario. This combination produces a diverse cup ranging from spicy and crisp to sweet and fruity. It's no surprise this one did so well, El Rosario is a DMC favorite, having produced several of our favorite coffees.

This particular coffee is fermented inside the coffee cherry to highlight it's fruity character. This is a first from Finca El Rosario and we look forward to sourcing this coffee for years to come.
