El Rosario Sarchimor (Natural Process, Single Origin)
Sarchimor is a hybrid of two genetics: Villa Sarchi and Hibrido de Timor, with this particular Sarchimor originating in El Salvador, from a farm named El Rosario. This combination produces a diverse cup ranging from spicy and crisp to sweet and fruity. It's no surprise this one did so well, El Rosario is a DMC favorite, having produced several of our favorite coffees.
This particular coffee is fermented inside the coffee cherry to highlight it's fruity character. This is a first from Finca El Rosario and we look forward to sourcing this coffee for years to come.
