Top Note Session - Henry Rollins
We're excited to announce that DMC has partnered with Shure and the Metro to bring you TOP NOTE SESSIONS, an intimate and engaging conversation series. Featuring a stellar lineup of guests and hosts ranging from musicians, comedians, and DJs, this new series will give fans the opportunity to sit down with some of the world’s most iconic artists for an intimate experience unlike any other. As if that wasn’t enough, Top Note Sessions will take place in Metro’s secret and vastly unknown fourth floor theater.
Top Note Sessions kickedoff on Saturday, February 13, 2016 with Metro’s very own JOE SHANAHAN and legendary punk rock icon HENRY ROLLINS with host DON HALL (WBEZ/Chicago Moth Storyslams). This event is 18+, and is RSVP only (limited spots available)
This memorable event was a great start to the new series and was made even more special by the celebration of Henry's birthday. As a present, he was given a pair of shorts that were misplaced during a show back in 1992, with an additional picture of Henry screaming to the crowd, wearing the shorts.
